This is a small website for a small firm. I collect only what I need in order to answer you, I do not sell it, and I do not use it to advertise to you.
Information you send me. If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you enter. If you book a scoping call, the scheduling service collects the details you provide there.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, this one records standard server and security data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through the hosting and security provider. This is used to keep the site running and protected, not to build a profile of you.
This site does not use advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for a conversation, and to keep records of business correspondence. That is the extent of it. I will not add you to a marketing list because you sent a question.

The contact form is not a secure channel. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents in it. Once we connect, we will exchange sensitive materials through the secure client portal.
Information you provide as a client of the firm is governed by professional confidentiality obligations and the terms of your engagement, not by this website policy.
Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as it serves a legitimate business or recordkeeping purpose, then disposed of securely. Client records are retained according to professional and regulatory requirements.
You may ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, use the contact details below — I may need to verify your identity first. Note that information I am required to retain for professional or legal reasons cannot be deleted on request.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
